What's the venting capacity of Vent-Rite #1s as compared to Gorton vents? My tenants were constantly complaining about their apt being too hot and often had their windows open in the middle of winter. I replaced their Gortons with VentRites so they could have some adjustability and now they constantly complain of being too cold.
