Bypass valve

I have a 300,000 water boiler, it’s like a 400 linnier feet of piping it’s not a high it’s a standard boiler in the chimney, I want to put a bypass , the question is does Caleffi or any other have something like a three way valve so I can assure nothing under 140 degree goes back to the boiler when it’s heated.

Danfoss ESBE makes a thermic bypass valve, maintains that 140F return

ESBE makes two different actuators with built in temperature setpoint controls (CRA112 and CRA122) that could be used along with a 3 way (motorized) valve to manage the return water temperature to a boiler on a large system. They run on 24V power.

Here is some info on the Caleffi 280. Available up ti 14Cv, 1-1/4"
A 3 way thermostatic is going to be the best and least expensive option, probably.

300K will probably require a 1-12 or larger valve.

I have used a Taco I-Series setpoint mixing valve with a temp sensor as a bypass valve, works great, but more expensive.

Is this a sno melt application where the water come back super cold? A flue condensate problem?

No just a school with a long run I feel more comfortable if a bypass was in there so the return water didn’t take such a long time to heat up
