Air vents on high pressure system

I’m on a campus with a high pressure steam cascade system.  The air vent steam traps on both our cascade tanks failed in the open position blowing steam by.  The vents are not in stock and need weeks to arrive. Are there any alternatives or something temporary to bring the plant up?  Now seeing it’s piped incorrectly

On a large system like that you only vent on start-up....it's a manual operation
