Home running CI rads off a manifold

Looking to repipe my house with pex al pex using home runs off a manifold to rads. I have the existing b and g pump still on the boiler on the supply side, can I use that with this setup? Also, would it be wise to look into a manifold with a mixing valve option? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We would need to know what kind of boiler you are using and what water temperature you will run the system at0
