Need an old Tekmar Mixing Valve Coupler (M3029)

Can anybody direct me to a New or Used Tekmar 3or 4-Way Mix Valve Coupler (M3029). The motor is fine and the valve mechanism is moving freely. The old style plastic coupler cracked a while back and needs to be replaced.
