Connecting a stainless steel manifold to copper pipe.

I am replacing an old manifold that started leaking on me. I ordered a stainless steel manifold from Uponor. The question I have is about connecting the stainless steel ball valve to my existing copper pipe. It is a threaded 1" connection. Are there any issues connecting copper and stainless steel in this way? Is there a better way?
Thanks

The valves are brass. No problem, lather the male threads up with your choice of sealant and screw them together0
