Dragon and crew spent the last two days changing out the boilers and DHW system in this small apartment building in Georgetown. The oldest part of the building dates back to 1757.

Dragon is 6’5”. The “basement” is about 5-1/2’ tall. The math does not add up. He has a few knots on is head.0

We went back with two Crown cast iron atmospheric draft boilers with a tekmar staging/reset control. The building is heated with cast iron radiators.
DHW is provided by an AO Smith Burkay copper boiler with an 80 gal. storage tank.0
