Is this a residential boiler. The model is 86 not 68? Even though around '85 the current model was the 66 series. Is there a yellow sticker with a code that starts with CP? Call WM with that code and they might be able to help.
What condition is the rest of the boiler? Pics? Wet pack and kaowool blanket?

Yes just buy a wet pack universal blanket kit. It's a wet based boiler and while the chamber is important it's not as serious as a dry base boiler. You can easily fix it up so it will work.

The 86 series was the predecessor to the current 88 series. It was a larger commercial-size boiler made in the 1970s and 1980s.

I have an old W-M CD that shows discontinued models like the 86. The firebox is not listed. But, you can make the necessary refractory pieces using Kaowool blanket such as Lynn #9450. Cut it to fit the front plate, target wall area and floor of the chamber, and secure it in place with plenty of Waterglass adhesive.

What is the exact model number? What burner is on that boiler?

    It's a serious boiler. The smallest 86 is about 800k BTU/hr
