HAS ANYONE USED NTI VMAX BOILERS WITH THE BUILT IN 16 GALLON INDIRECT WATER HEATER? MY SUPPLIER NOW CARRIES THEM... ANYONE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BOILER COMPANY AND WARRANTY ? HOW IS TECH SUPPORT?

    I agree with Sam, its a great boiler, if I had a complaint, I would say its HEAVY for a wall hung. I actually installed one for a customer who wanted "no trouble" and it immediately decided to no start, did a bunch of looking around and testing, was on the phone with tech when I found a green ground wire on the flame rod side that was not pushed in its molex connector all the way. This ordeal cost me about a grand in time, and a CO sensor, and NTI covered the bill. I love any company who stands behind their product like that
