Boiler closet heat

I have a small house slab construction about 2000sq’. Half is an addition, slab construction as well with in floor heat. The boiler for the in floor Heat is in a closet in my walk in closet. I have added fresh air ducting to manage the need for combustion and that all works good.
The room gets really warm and I would like to find a way to get that heat out into the great room which is on the other side of the wall from the boiler closet.
I have looked at thermostatically controlled fans to blow the heat out but never found anything I felt would work well.
I would greatly appreciate any input from the group.
Thanks in advance!!

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Also, insulate as much as you can to reduce loss from the piping in to the space.0
