AO Smith X3 Tankless

Any one else heard the New AO Smith X3 tankless has been removed from the market and is no longer for sale? Leaking heat exchangers I guess, and its only been out for 6-8 months? I am also guessing the 19.7 years of testing with 460,000 gallons couldn't have possibly of happened?
Anyone installed one, how was it?
