changing a navien ch 240 three way valve any advice

I've been watching a few you tube videos on it looks like a nightmare. I've stopped installing and servicing the new high tech equipment but i put this in 5 years ago for a friend. any advice.

not as hard as it looks remove 3 screws comp board, top nut on pump 2 screws under pump,remove clip lower right corner of pump pull it to the right it will come out,remove pump pull straight out,remove 2 screws front of 3way valve,follow elbow up remove clip and nut,then 2 screws on left and right of 3way underneath then pull out valve regrease orings then put back together0

thanks everyone says its a nightmare. the regreasing of the o rings seems important the you tube video i watched the guy didn't grease them and it leaked had to take it all back apart0
