Our furnace has been working great for the last 9 years, have only had to replace the exhaust blower. So I checked the wiring, vacuum switches, cleaned the flame detector, and checked the ignitor. Any ideas on what's going on?

An error 10 on the York says it is sensing flame with the gas valve off. It could be a bad gas valve that is not shutting down, or possibly a bad sensor that is reading it. Either way, you need to have it checked out right away by someone who is familiar with this. If it is a leaking gas valve, it can be a dangerous situation.
