Water at bottom of Condensate Drain Pan

in Gas Heating
Have a Guardian RGF19080BP12MP11A that has water in the vestibule. It looked like there was a crack in the condensate drain pan, replaced it and now is still leaking at the same place (at bottom of drain pan) Suggestions?
