Bryant Natural Gas Boiler c 1951?

I recently purchased a house built in 1951. It has WORKING Bryant Gas Boiler : Unit Number 443 CA427199
Equipped for use with NAT gas, Equiv. Sq. Ft WATER radiation, Normal 1060.
I have been trying find a manual for this model as the unit seems to run too hot. I have been unable to determine a model number via the Carrier site and emails to Carrier.
I replaced the 2 wire thermostat with a battery operated Honeywell and that seemed to bring the holding temp on the boiler to abt 180. Lately, I've seen her heat up to 200. I do not know what is normal operating temps for this model.

Somewhere on the boiler is probably an adjustable temp control.
It could be behind the front panel.
You could post pictures of any controls you have.
