Burnham ALP and Crown MS2?

Was wondering what y'all think about the proposed equipment. I'm in New England. Having a hard time telling which contractors are most experienced and trustworthy.

"Install 2 National Grid special Burnham ALP-080 95% AFUE modulating condensing stainless steel
boilers in the locations discussed. Connect the boilers to the existing gas supply and install a 1/4 turn safety
shutoff valve for each. Install new primary / secondary hydronic piping to serve the existing heating zones.
Run PVC sealed combustion direct vent piping as discussed. Run all necessary line and low voltage wiring.
Install 2 Crown MS2 40 gallon lifetime warranty indirect fired water heater. RI MPF 1 # 6128."

This is an example given of contractor's previous work:

Looks like he knows what he is doing. Did he do a heat loss??

I see a couple of blunders...

There was an error rendering this rich post.

@EBEBRATT-Ed nobody here has done one... I asked and he said he's been doing this for 30 years and knows the types of houses in the area. Did a good look-around. I calc'd heat loss and it came out lower than the proposed 80.

@STEVEusaPA really? Anything I can ask him about?
