wall hung tankless gas heaters

Hello to all I hope everyone is being safe out there and life is as normal as possible.
I'm reaching out to my fellow contractors out there and wondering what tankless gas heaters everyone is using and if they have had satisfactory results with them. I have a client with 5.5 baths who's wife likes baths that is considering using a tankless. I on the other hand am a die hard indirect guy. The current 75 gallon indirect has a dip tube that has broken off and is deteriorating and plugging up the mixing valve first and is also effecting the shower heads and strainers. Because the only way to clean the existing tank out is from the top tapings there is no way to retrieve the dip tube. We are in the northeast and incoming water temperatures are typically 40 degrees or lower and this particular area has elevated incoming water pressure. I would like to get your input and suggestions. Perhaps some newer equipment is better than units I have used in the past that you have had good results with. Right now there is a Viessmann Vitola boiler that has a Vitogas burner that is powering my indirect. My gut says to install another manufacturers indirect that does not have a dip tube.
Thank You in advance for your input and please be careful out there.

what hvacnut said was feed cold water in bottom of tank maybe installing a brass tee for the drain valve.
