Need a chart of dehumidifier effectiveness at various RH levels

Condenser DHs work well in high-RH situations, but poorly in low-RH situations.

Desiccant DHs work better than condenser DHs in low-RH.

I'm looking for a chart from an unbiased source that shows these facts.

Any help greatly appreciated.
