does anyone have information on how to properly adjust the blast tube turbulators on an Iron Fireman

have an Iron Fireman AG9.8 with a vibration to it. never the less we changed out the blower wheel but due to the vibration, all of the blast tube turbulators got loosened and turned all different directions. we adjusted them back to a 45 degree angle and tightened down the hardware. I am just looking for some insight as to why the turbulators are there and what they are supposed to do.

Big burner 9.8 million btu's
I am more than famalier with those burners. I don't recall any turbulators in the blast tube but the models I worked on were combination gas/oil.
As I recall you got the blower wheel and the diffuser mounts with (2) 1/4-20 wing nuts. Your burner is straight gas correct?0 -
