Larrs Endurance issue

Had a Larrs Endurance combi boiler with error code 123 which is a purge rate proving failed but no solution to error code in manual. I reset it and when I would run hot water to call for hot water it would prepurge for a five seconds then flame would go on for five seconds and then post purge for five seconds and started all over again and wouldn't stop. Anyone seen or know why it would do this type of cycling?
