Probably can’t zoom enough but dig the circulator on the left- the wiring access was a couple inches from the wall. This was a “new construction” special.1

Gordy the old unit was severely neglected, not sure it was the HO fault either. Far be it from me to steer the customer one way or other. $2750 utility rebate helps too0
