Condenser Boiler code for flue piping

Does anyone know the NYC code on Condensing Boiler flue pipe material.
I was told by a NYC inspector that CPVC has to be used back in 2016. I recently heard that it is now Polypropylene(PP), but that individual mentioned municipalities on Long Island, NY and didn't seem certain of the NYC code.
Thanks for your help!

in NYC city , they require polypropylene. and don't go by manufacturers clearances . 24" above grade and a minimum of 36" horizontally of any window. you can cross reference it in NYC mechanical code0

you can also check all approved venting materials in NYC mechanical code. It can be accessed on line0
