Hi all,
i live in Canada Ontario and i have an old Baxi combi boiler (Luna 24 FI), it has been setup for heating only (not water heating) and recently it started acting up, it will turn on for few seconds (up to 1 min) and then shuts down and start again after few seconds, a contractor came to check it out today and he said it's a Heat exchange issue and better to replace the entire unit (over 10k for parts and labor). I find it hard to believe it's the heat exchange as to me it sounds more like a senor causing the boiler to go on and off, any thoughts ?
