Dating American Radiator Co Ideal Boiler

Hi All,
I'd love your help determining the date of an American Radiator Co Ideal boiler, model W-22-6 (pictures attached). I've found catalogs from 1906 and 1910 that list it, although I'm not finding much prior to that.
The house was built in 1898 and remodeled in the 1910s. I'm trying to determine if the boiler was original or added when the house was remodeled.
Thanks for any help you might have!
