showing error message in RED

low water cutoff open
system: lockout

will appreciate your guidance / help ASAP

    assuming the low water cut out is not faulty and its doing its job, i'd say your boiler is low on water. whats the pressure gauge reading?

    pressure gage is down - around 10 psi

    That pressure could very well be the cause of the trouble. Try bringing the pressure up to near 20 and reset the boiler.

    Can you post some pictures? When was the last time it was serviced?
