Pressuretrol Pigtail re-install

Removed to clean it as it was clogged (everything I read said to just buy a new one but only local supply was fresh out).
Anyway, when reattaching Pressuretrol and pigtail- anything special needed? I need to add a little water to pigtail after reinstalling but before attaching Pressuretrol. But do I need to re-calibrate?

Thanks

Mike

B_Sloane, you mean soak the pigtail, not the pressure control?

Yes, The pigtail. If it is a steel one, put a brass one on before next season. They don't clog as quickly and clean a lot easier.
