Help Needed with Zone Valves

Hi All,
I woke this morning with no heat, when checking system I found the boiler is firing when the thermostat is on, but the zone valve is not opening.
I would suspect a faulty motor, but all four valves failing on the same day seems unlikely.
Any suggestions or thoughts on this???

Are the zone valves wired into a zone control panel or off a transformer?0

I believe it is into a transformer... Could it the relay be an issue?0

It’s most likely that not all zone valves have failed at the same time, I would check to see if your getting power going into the transformer 120 volts and 24 volts leaving the transformer. If the transformer checks out then I’d check the wiring leaving the transformer that’s wired into the motor side of the zone valves.1

Transformers are typically quite reliable - so you might want to look into why it failed.
