Hydronic System Design Question

Good day all.
I am calculating a hydronic system design for an Entertainment Barn.
The open area is 71' x 44' x 29'(ceiling height)
For the heating calcs what would you use for exposed wall height?
Would you use the full 29' or max it out at 14'?
Thanks

Use the square feet of the exposed wall?
Don't know what you mean by 'open area', I assume you mean the footprint?
Flat Roof/sloped roof (pitch)?
