Are there parts still available on these units so they can be torn apart and fully cleaned? HX has never been serviced and is well over 10 yrs old.... this is the blue and white version. Another company says it needs to be replaced because the CO is over 300 ppm for 2 years straight.

    I think that boiler was changed about 15 years ago to a newer model
