One Radiator Cold

Hi- I live in a row house with about 6 radiators. One of my second floor bedrooms (furtherest from the thermostat/basement) does not get hot (or even warm, it's completely cold). I have bled the radiator already and played around with the valve, which does leak with cold water when I took it apart with a pair of piers. My radiator only has a valve on one side. Any other easy ideas/tips before I pay for a professional? Here are a few pictures: https://imgur.com/a/5J6sDwW

I would need more info , it looks like the system was redone , neatly done but not correct orit would work .
I have enough experience to know , that I dont know it all

That's a steam radiator, which means that it's not connected on top, only the bottom. Water will take the quickest route right to the return. Does only the bottom get warm? Does the valve get warm?

Is this the only radiator with this issue? Was anything changed recently? Do you have access to the piping that goes to this radiator from the main system piping?

There were two threads going about this, so we've merged them into one here. Thanks!
