10 degrees outside and both boilers in the carwash are down, and after hours. Found this when I got there and opened it up. It is a Buderus G215 of about 350,000 btu with a Riello conversion burner on it. Luckily only the left side boiler was sooted up, as it appears the staging control was only running the one boiler. Took over an hour of cleaning, and I filled up the bag in my 6 gallon shop vac before I got done. They were getting too much cold air into the mechanical room, so they blocked the intake air vents. I still need to get back there after it runs awhile and cleans itself out better so I can recheck the combustion.
