Any contractors use any CRM applications? Trying to find a more efficient way to organize all my customer Info rather then pen and paper and a filing cabinet...I do a lot of boiler work and like to keep all my customers equipment info on file for yearly maintenance calls. I am a very small one man show so looking for something that’s not super expensive and doesn’t need to be all that complex. Thanks all.

Excel? My business is growing, harvesting, and selling hay to various entities and I track everything from fertilizer application to field yields to customer info (who bought how much when and for what type of animal) in several spreadsheets.
They're actually on google drive now so my wife/business partner can open them and edit at the same time on a different computer. It's easy to search, easy to add math/counting/statistical functions, and easy to sort. Best of all, it's (Google Sheets, at least) free!1 -
I use FileMaker database and built my own. They also have Starter Solutions that you could use, modify, customize.
