Burnham gas steam furnace pilot light goes out every 3 to 4 hours

replaced thermocouple, pilot orfice, gas valve, new gas line from pilot to gas valve
thermocouple is installed correctly and has a strong blue pilot flame
pilot light goes out if its a windy day or not, and there is no obstruction in venting
this has been an ongoing problem for a month, pilot will light and furnace will produce steam
but shuts down after few hours, pilot can be relit right after it shuts down and the cycle continues
any ideas???

Any changes made or added? Range hood, new dryer, newly enclosed equipment room, etc.
    Is there adequate combustion air?

Have you a chimney liner? Is there any water or steam condensing and dripping on the pilot? Have you thought of an electronic ignition upgrade? The lowest cost is a pilot re-light. available from White-Rodgers 5059-23 or Robertshaw 785-001. but there are more with different kits with different accessories
