Long wiring harness for Stack Damper

I was thinking of offering a stack damper option on a Peerless 211A-05, but the longest wiring harness I can find is only 8 ft. I probably need 9 or 10 feet. Does anyone know of any prefab harness that is that long for the standard Field controls damper? It might be nice to bump up the typical 60% efficiency of these boilers by cutting the huge standby losses.

    How about making your own?
I've been futzing around with molex connectors and crimpers & kits. Haven't really landed on anything I like, and it's probably a down time thing when (if) I get some slow.

But basically, I'm looking to use these on oil burners in different spots-power to burner so I can unplug and easily yank or swing open door, and on burner motors so I don't have to get into the wiring to pull the motor just to clean a dirty blower wheel during a PM.
Not too thrilled with the whips that are stocked at the supply house or the price point for basically scrap wire and 2 connectors.

There was an error rendering this rich post.

Could you salvage the cord off of a failed damper that used the same molex plug and cut and splice. This would give you only one splice. Stagger the splices and shrink tube over joint.
Maybe use the new damper end and put the used one on the control. Old damper end may have been subject of overheating?

If I do it, it looks like I'll make my own, one way or another.
