Graduated Radiator Inlet Valves for two pipe vapor system

Options
Hello all,
Does anyone still manufacture a graduated radiator inlet valve? Or is there a source for vintage/antique functioning valves?

Background:
We have a two pipe vapor system and while the newly installed orifices work, they do not fine tune very easily.
The 2nd floor is about 3 degrees warmer than 1st floor. The thermostat is located on the 1st floor.
Some rooms are not as warm as other rooms even on the same floor.

Graduated valves would allow me to fine tune the radiation quicker and easier.
I expect there is a higher cost for the graduated valves (I will be replacing a few valves anyway that are damaged or leaking) so even a couple on the more troublesome rooms might be worth the extra money.
- and besides, it would be more fun and authentic than a simple on-off valve.

I think either Barnes and Jones, or Midco have a metering steam valve.—NBC

I would be reluctant to replace valves if they are original to system. Sometimes they can be repacked to stop leak. The pros on this site will provide you with great advice.

    Goggle "packless radiator valves ".
    Hoffman still makes them.
Be ready to pay 3-4 time more for them then basic radiator valves.

Mepco makes the graduated valves and a quick vent vacuum vent if your system
    is vacuum based.
