Does Caleffi have a Idronics book that has different ways to pipe in steel wall panel radiators?
What is the best way to pipe in steel wall panel radiators with
High efficiency condensing gas boiler?
Regular cast iron gas boiler? Need to keep boiler from condensing with to low return water temp.
Regular cast iron or steel oil boiler? Need to keep boiler from condensing with to low return water temp.

With a oil boiler and steel wall panel radiators how low of a supply water temp can be used to heat the house?
160F supply 140F return water temp
150F supply 130F return water temp

Best way to protect the boiler from to low return water temp keep boiler from condensing and boiler from thermal shock of to low return water temp.

Of course panels and mod cons will be the best option for low operating temperatures. The trade off is the increase in size of the panels as you look at lower SWT operation, pencil it out. Idronics 25 is a good read for calculating the low SWT options

With non condensing boiler options this webinar addresses all the options and concerns
Low Mass distribution is not as sensitive to prolonged cold RWT, rare to see fin tube systems needing return protection

Typically 3 panels in series with adjustable H valves depending on the size if the panels as the temperature drop needs to be acknowledged

I like home run piping as every radiator gets the same SWT making sizing and zoning very simple
