Trane intellipak tech support
Does anyone know of a site, or phone number for technical questions regarding Trane intellipak? I have a question that I assume has something to do with the way the unit is configured. The heat in the unit works just like it should when in test, but when the unit is to automatically go into warm up, all the screen says is morning wu 0. The heat never attempts to start. I have tried contacting Trane in Wisconsin through our local Trane distributor, but if you do not work for Trane and have a pin number the hold time can be extremely long (in excess of four hours) I was told they do not offer help via email. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks to all.
