I primarily use Gorton #2’s. I’m looking to expand my horizons for main vents with greater capacity. What brands do you guys like ? Thank you

I prefer Gorton's myself, but Barnes and Jones "Big Mouth" vent is very popular and a quality product. Vents almost twice as much as a Gorton #2.

I can balance a system by calculating the CFA. But I also like to learn and try new products and methods too.0

I balanced my system by installing Maid-o-Mist vents on all my radiators so I could try different orifices without changing the vents, and I ran around with a remote infra-red thermometer to check what was getting hot when.
My main vents are Gortons.Just another DIYer | King of Prussia, PA
