Hot water Boiler zoned system

New to the site, I don’t have much experience with boilers hoping you guys could help point me in the right direction. I have a hot water boiler I’m looking at with 3 zones, when one zone shuts down the other two heads also trip. And shut the whole system down. After the one zone shuts off the pressure relief valve goes off. I know the expansion tank is bad i’m going to change that. I’m thinking there may be to much water in the system but i’m not sure what would make the other zones close. Thanks

I got the zones figured out now I’m having issues with the boiler shutting down. It will cycle on and off twice like it’s supposed to, no safety switches are opening but for some reason it won’t come back on.0
