Phase III was built by Triangle Tube. It is a tank within a tank and it is Stainless Steel. Stainless steel tanks do not uses a anode rod. Does your water have high chlorides? If so high chlorides will kill most SS tanks. Also if I remember right the Phase III tank design of a tank within a tank if you do not get the air out of the inner tank that little bit of air and the water mixture becomes aggressive and kills the tank.0
