Best thermostat? Multiple sensors?

I am wondering what thermostats you folks recommend for my situation. I will have above sub floor heat in half of the house and radiant ceilings in the other half (bedrooms and bathrooms). Down the road I will be adding heat to the basement as well with panel radiators most likely. I have read about tekmar, honeywell and possible problems that occur with nest thermostats. Would it be best for me to have 3 heating zones? One for the living room/kitchen/dining area, one for bedrooms/bathrooms and one for the basement or would I be better off just doing 2 zones. One of the upstairs and one for the basement.
Do any of the thermostats on the market work well with wireless sensors like the nest has to offer? Or is the outdoor reset the way to go?
Thanks
