Lawler 805 Thermostatic Mixing Valve

I have started to get a high pitched whine coming from the mixing valve. It is operating properly for now. Could the springs be going bad and allowing water to bleed through causing the whine? If not should I just rebuild the whole valve? Any thoughts or comments are welcome. Thanks

Has anything else changed in the piping, a pump replacement for example? If not it may need a de-lime cleaning.

Have you lost a pipe support or pipe hanger ? Or, has one been added ?

keep in mind, thermostatic and bimetal mixers are fairly low Cv valves, high gpm flows can cause noise sometimes.
