Odd size return grille needed

Does anyone know where I could find an odd size return grille It’s size is 38.5 x 34.5, and that is to the outside of the flanges. A whole house fan was there originally and it was removed when central air was added to the home. This is the main return for the four ton air handler that it is attached to, that is located in the attic.Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks to all.

You shouldve used standard size and
parchedpatched the drywall.
Next option is to probably get the closest size, make up with a wood frame, box out & trim. There was an error rendering this rich post.

Does it need to be a filter grill?
You might, might find a stamp grill that size. Whoops.0 -
You can get them custom made to whatever size you want.. I recently had to get a 24x4 floor grill custom made.0
