Determining what type of cast iron radiator

I have a download chart from this site that determines the output of a cast iron rad. I am confused on what type of rad this is, (column or tube). And how many columns or tubes this is?

Looks like it’s a United States Radiator Co. radiator similar to the American Rad Corto type radiator.0

Thank you gentleman, I saved the chart, better to understand than the one I had.
I plan on converting this to run with hot water, output will be 5,760 BTU. The the size I will need for my application,
