do combi boilers typically have outdoor reset controls

so, I had been looking into condensing boilers with an indirect tank, but I might be able to use a large combi boiler (liked the Noritz EZ98 at 9.8gpm or EZ111 at 11.1gpm). however, it's hard to tell from their site whether they do modulating operation with an outdoor reset control to lower the boiler water temp during moderate seasons (improves efficiency).

is that feature common for combi boilers, and I'm just not doing well googling it?

if it's not a common feature, do you know which brands support outdoor reset controls?

Are the EZ models combis or just tankless water heaters?

Most every combiner's boilerplates I know has some sort of ODR function.
