Fan Coil Actuator

I am doubtful to an answer to the question but I figure I will never find out until I ask.
Regarding the condo fancoil in the unit, I am trying to find the replacement for the valve. Unfortunately, the original one is very old, probably close to 20 years. From what I can read from the label, it's a Motortrol valve and it's model number is "S647B311 00B0". I would not be surprised this particular model is long gone. So I figure there are two options, either finding a newer model that replaced it, or another current model that can be used for the same purpose.
Does anybody have any idea what the replacement could be? Thanks.

Try Erie Controls. They manufactured Motortrol.
Is the zone valve itself bad or just the motor?0 -
The valve seemed to be fine. As I was able to use override tab.
I am not sure which model to buy, I know that its 120 V and my valve is 3 way. Pls help0 -
unless the body is leaking it may just need an operator Turn the control thermostat up and down, check for voltage at the valve
You should be able to see the motor spin with the cover removedBob "hot rod" Rohr

It isn't leaking, I'll check the voltage tomorrow.hot_rod said:unless the body is leaking it may just need an operator Turn the control thermostat up and down, check for voltage at the valve

I am confused about which model I should buy, on the other hand, the supplier wasn't so helpful.
here is the list of actuators to buy:

this is my current one:

Those are sometimes OEM valves, but generally N.C configuration.
With a 3 way valve if you want the opposite operation you just flip the valve.
So powered could be A to AB flow , or B to AB.
The Schneider website may have the parts list or cross over.

I would call Erie, or one of their reps, on the info in the link. Give them the number on your actuator and ask which version is a direct replacement.
If you dig deep enough at that website it may give you the replacement model number. Most times they give you range of serial numbers and show which current model replaces it.
Those valves change over the years, the newer replacements you show may or may not fit.
Did you check for voltage at the actuator? It could be the control that operates it is defective.
I would also remove the actuator and make sure the stem and paddle turns freely. It may in fact need an entire replacement if the shaft is seized or snapped.Bob "hot rod" Rohr
