I am in search of a Maintenance Technician/Superintendent to work at a beautiful apartment complex with 72 units (Age 55+) in Schoharie, NY. The preferred candidate will be experienced with maintaining a Lochinvar Knight system, Airmark Air handlers as well as Solar Hot Water system and outside condensers. Other duties include light electrical, drywall/painting, light plumbing, apartment turnovers, etc. On call is required for emergency calls.
