Acid Resistant Paint

I just removed a tubular radiator from the bathroom that is being remodeled. It'd only been installed for about 7 years. It is located right next to the toilet, and is getting very rusted at the bottom, I'm sure it's from piss being splashed and the acid passing thru the paint and rusting the steel underneath. I took it to a sandblaster to remove the coating and he said it was powder coated and would require a heavier duty sandblaster. I took it to a place that powder coats they will blast it but said that powder coating won't stop the uric acid from getting to the steel. When I get it back I was planning on priming it with POR 15 and then topcoat it with a color. So basically, does anyone know where to buy acid resistant paint? Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks loads guys, haven't been on here for a few years but, youse always helped me out.
