Buderus GB142 UBA3 blown fuse

Buderus gb142 UBA3 blows its fuse as soon as I turn the boiler on. What could cause this?

    Sooo many things can cause that fuse to blow. If you had 20 fuses you could do process of elimination by disconnecting one molex plug at a time from the fan, gas valve, HSI, etc.
    You can open the manual and use its info to Ohm out the controls. You'll need very small meter leads to probe the sub base of the UBA 3. Or you can call a pro. He or she can make the repair, thoroughly check the rest of the system and do a combustion analysis. It's a win win.

    Blower most likely. Unplug everything and plug back in one at a time

    Make sure you replace it with an OEM pump or equivalent.
