Dahl Pex Balancing Valve Adjustment

Hello Wall.
Does anyone know of a chart or rule of thumb for adjusting a Dahl Pex Balancing Valves?
Something about turning it off then opening slowly so many turns to get a certain flow rate?
Sorry if this sounds vague, but I couldn't find anything on the WWW.

    Is this what you're looking for? It's just % of full flow per turn, doesn't give you a GPM since that will depend on circulators, etc.
